Yes.  Please do come and visit us to see how everything works before you decide to store with us. Simply give our self-storage experts a call or pay us a visit during our opening hours.

Yes. If we have the availability and you have the correct ID, you can move in as quickly as today.

We require an official document with your photograph, such as a driving licence or passport.

No. We do not ask for a deposit to use our self-storage facilities- however, we do ask for payment to be made monthly, in advance.

Yes. At our Cheshire and Midlands facilities, all rental fees include VAT, and receipts reflect this.

Customers can access the self-storage facilities 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Assistance is also available via phone or email. Most of our facilities also have staff available Monday- Saturday, between 10am & 2pm.

Yes. Each self-storage centre has on site toilets accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

No. For security reasons vehicle access is only permitted to customers who are loading and unloading or accessing their self-storage units. Vehicles cannot be left unattended for any period of time.

Yes. If you find the space you require changes, we can help. Dependent upon availability, you can upsize or downsize your self-storage unit to suit your needs. Simply give us a call, or pop into the office, then sign a new rental agreement and move your goods across!

The minimum length of stay is one calendar month; however, we do require one months’ notice to terminate any rental agreement, so please do let us know if you only need self-storage for one month.

For safety reasons, children must always be supervised by an adult as the sites are busy and vehicles move regularly around the facilities. Pets are not allowed on site.

We do retain a copy of your padlock key, however for security purposes these keys are stored off-site. If you lose your key, we charge £5 for a replacement and aim to have the replacement key with you, within 24 hours.

Simply give us a call. However, as this information is security sensitive you will to answer some security questions and confirm your identity. We will provide you with the combination code. Please note, only persons named on the rental agreement, or listed as having authorised access will be given this code.

You may not store prohibited, illegal or stolen items, illegal drugs, potentially dangerous, damaging, explosive, inflammable or oxidizing items, including propane or butane gas cylinders; plants or goods likely to encourage vermin or other pests or to cause an infestation; food or goods which should be frozen or refrigerated; any animals including pets, birds or fish. Any goods requiring a special licence or Government permission to store, import or export may only be stored if we have received a copy of the licence. We have the right to open the self-storage unit and remove and dispose of any such items that are prohibited without informing you first.
