  • How flexible is renting with Spaces and Places?

    We simply take a month’s rental in advance, and any days that are unused are refunded to you, after the unit is vacated and clean and clear.

  • How do I pay for my storage?

    The choice is yours. We take cheques (as long as the banks keep issuing them) and cash, or you can pay by Credit or Debit card or Standing Order.

  • What security features are available?

    We provide you with the best German and Italian manufactured locks. All of our storage locations have additional security features – including secure fencing, security lighting, Cor-Ten steel units, Smart Water and CCTV.

  • When can I access my unit?

    Access can be gained 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  • What can I store?

    All of our units are steel containers- they have wooden floors, fixed ventilation and rubber door seals so your goods will be kept secure, clean and dry –perfect for all your storage needs, from furniture and important documents to computer equipment and motorbikes.   • Will I need insurance?

    Unlike many self storage companies, we don't insist that you take out contents insurance. However, we strongly recommend you do take out cover - it only costs around 55p per week per thousand pounds covered. For more information please visit our costs.

  • How do I cancel my agreement?

    Simply call us; it’s a very easy process.

  • What do I need to do when I want to move out?

    Ensure all rental payments are up to date, the unit empty and the padlock and key are returned. That’s it!
